Customer service not to great! Ordered a caramel macchiato, medium, and a hash brown the caramel macchiato taste like a regular... coffee and a hash brown. It took more than five minutes. I asked the lady about my order of the hashbrowns. She turned aroundand started talking in Spanish did not understand a word what she was saying, and she was giving me attitude, not soprofessional. I've gone twice now in two weeks about 6pm. The first time, there were no donuts at all! None! The second time, there were... not many donuts. I bought two dozen for a meeting I was attending. They were just okay. But... Two dozen miscellaneous donutsapproached $25 ! I was very surprised at the cost. Had it been that long since I bought a donut? Well, maybe. Inflation? Sobasically a donut is around a dollar. For nearly the same price, you can get two dozen McDonald's hamburgers. In fact that'swhat I did the next time. Also, little Caesars is at the moment $6 for a pizza. Could buy four pizzas for about the same priceas two dozen donuts. Donuts. Refined white sugar. Refined white flour. Refined sugary glaze. I don't know the nutritionalvalue of this but I'm pretty sure ... Lots of carbs. Read more

This Dunkin' has been in the neighborhood for decades. Most times, my experience would be a speedy order with super fresh donuts... and coffee. Wipe speedy off the equation with this group at this Dunkin'. Several orders took too long to complete because ofbotched orders made by the team, elongating the wait time. What would normally take minutes took too many minutes. Plenty offrustrated customers, including myself. These young people need to step up their game. Read more
Fast food and helpful staff. But my order was wrong. Maybe it was my fault for not checking it but I had 6 sandwiches and... drinks and only 2 hands. I counted and trusted them and now my wife is upset cause she didn't get the 2 specific things sheasked for. Hadn't eaten fast food in a while but was trying to get something fast for the park. This review is based on my experience today May 8, 2022 at 12:50. this new crew needs to be retrained in professionalism.... Laughing and complaining about customers orders is no bueno. One of the dunkinteers, has been here for a min so he should knowbetter but he was acting like a fool with the rest. Cant believe I wasted my money ordering door dash from you guys ...literally got a cup of oatmilk and if you look on the bottom... a layer of brown sugar no espresso inside.this is supposed to be a brown sugar oatmillk latte.I know a latte usually has a goodamount of milk but this is not right .I stirred it a bit to see if maybe thhere was espresso I wasnt seeing and literallynothing im so mad why did I spend 20 $ on doordash and cant even get a refund Read more
This is one of the worst places around. Closed bathrooms and sitting area at least 2 hours before closing time. No coffee except... from american coffee. Younger person treated us well but the person in charge was rude to the point of not ever going backthere. Read more
