Horrible service. The same cook tonight 10/24/2022 at 8:15 PM once again was even worse. Always on her phone while there are... orders to be made. When she does make them she doesnt even make them correctly. When she finally finishes them she leaves thefood there for 5 whole minutes (and I counted) before sending them out. By this point the food is already semi-cold. Absolutelyhorrible. This isn't my first bad experience with this cook. Don't come here for dinner. Trust me. Read more

Our Server Glenda always receives us with a great smile. The food is brought to us always warm. She is the only server I ask... for, because of her awesome customer service and happy person she is. Always pleasant and cheerful. Read more

We arrived about 8:30am on a Friday, the place was deserted, I should have considered that a red flag but didn't, we were told... by a yelling server behind the counter to sit wherever we wanted, as soon as we got a table a realized how run down this placeis, it was filthy everywhere (see photos), I can only imagine how the kitchen is..... Our server came over and we ordered, thefood came on time, but when approaching the table I noticed one of the sausages was out of the plate in the tray, I asked for itto be replaced, less than 30 seconds later the server came with the same sausage in a plate, impossible to get a fresh one in soshort time, so we didn't consume it, my wife's cup of coffee had lipstick on it so we also asked the cup to be replaced. Thefood was average but I'm really concern it might be a sanitary hazard due to how filthy this place looks like. When we arrivedthere was only one person attending the place, not sure how many inside the kitchen, I wonder the service will decline with moreoccupied tables due to the lack of personnel. Horrible and terrible experience. I placed a pickup order and waited outside 30 mins for it to be complete. When I went inside... to pick it up the waiter igrecio(not sure how to spell it) told me that they are not going to make it. I asked why not and Iwas treated like I was not a paying customer. He tells me to cancel it but there isn?t a way for me to do so since the order iscomplete. I will be coming tomorrow to make a complaint. I will take further actions if my money is not refunded to me. Read more

These people have no idea how to run a business. I've had occasional problems with them but this one takes the cake. I placed an... order on UberEATS for the bourbon bacon burger. It arrived pretty quickly, but it was completely missing the cheese, there wasonly ONE strip of bacon on it, and part of the top bun was missing as well. Aside from that, the burger itself was cold, dry,and flavorless, and looks like the ingredients were just thrown into a box so as to resemble a burger. I've tried calling therestaurant at least ten times in the last half hour. No response whatsoever despite being open 24 hours. Every call eventuallyjust hangs up. They clearly don't care about customer service. As a result, they just lost a long time customer. Read more
