Reviews for Dal Plin in Miami, FL
I?m astonished at the level of customer service provided here at Dal Plin. My husband and I ordered Bolognese pasta and Shrimp... risotto for a whopping $65. The Bolognese pasta I am accustomed to usually is made with beef. When I received this pasta, itimmediately made my stomach hurt . I ate maybe 2 bites. I returned to the desk and let them know the food was inedible as Ibelieve it has pork and makes my stomach hurt. I didn?t ask for a refund but for a substitute risotto as that was delicious. Theolder woman told me they couldn?t exchange my order because ?I should?ve known it was pork in it? although it isn?t listed onthe menu as pork! She furthermore explained I have to pay for another dish if I wanted to eat. She was rude and lacked customerservice. Needless to say I left here hungry, pregnant, and disappointed. I would never patronize this business again and I willbe sure to let my large influence know about my experience. Read more

Very good authentic food (for not having an Italian staff) but the staff is hit or miss as far as good service. Since the tip... is not optional and is included they feel they can give bad service. Changes the 4 stars to a 1 star because I left a messageand the owner has not returned my call. I have eaten at this location many times and the take out they gave us had half theportion as normal and they said take it or leave it. This is totally unacceptable!! I still don?t see the point to pay tips ontakeouts as there?s no cleanup required. Read more
The food here is delicious but the customer service is the worst! They have the nerve to automatically charge 15% gratuity when... you pay and they do not bring the food to your table nor help if you need anything else...then it asks you for additional tip ontop!! Not even bread comes with your meal and to be a cafeteria with no server I feel $25-30 per plate is ridiculous. I hope theowner reads these reviews and finally employs better worker that enjoy people, speak proper English and friendly! Read more
Great Italian spot for delicious authentic Italian food. I wish they had a free standing restaurant instead of the food court... but still very good food Read more
Really good food. I got truffle pasta but truffle might not have been fresh but it was delicious. Cacio de pepe was also... delicious. I would probably get that next time. The black pepper was really coming nicely. The ravioli was delicious as well Read more
Phenomenal Italian restaurant at the St. Roch food court! Everything is fresh and it?s the highest quality. The pasta is freshly... made every day by the best ingredients you can imagine, all imported from Italy. This is definitely the best Italian restaurantin Miami and as good as top Italian restaurants in Italy! Everything there is soooo delicious. Don?t miss the Fettuccini FungiAlfredo, this is crazy - the best I?ve ever eaten. The Tiramisu is exactly how it?s suppose to be - exact portion between thelady fingers, espresso, cream and cacao - it?s amazing! The owners are very nice as well, they know what they are doing :)Highly recommended! Don?t miss out this hidden gem!!! Read more
Not sure if they changed owners or what happened. I?m Italian and always used to see the wonderful Italian couple that ran the... place. Every time I come and they?re not behind the counter, the tomato sauce does not taste the same and I always leave alittle disappointed. Again I?ve come many times and have always considered this place to be the best pasta in Miami? EDIT:Came back to give it a second chance?very bad experience. Food is much lower quality under the new owners and the woman at theregister was extremely rude. Read more
