The Connecticut lobster roll was amazing (and I say this as someone who doesn?t like lobster). The texture was tender rather... than chewy and the flavor was delicate and fresh. We also tried the lobster tator tots and those were phenomenal! Read more

It?s more of a 3.5 review rating. Lobster tasted delicious. The tacos, tortillas cold, no pico de Gallo or cilantro, I know... World coming to an end. Tried this for lunch for the first time from there food truck in Sawgrass on Monday. I had the Connecticut Roll one of the most... popular as recommended by the staff. A bit on the pricey side for the size of the roll itself which they loaded with warmlobster with lemon butter. Cousins lobster roll food truck. It was local so we went to check it out. Order at truck and wait doe ypur name to be called... . Not a long wait at all. I meet Alex. Who took my order. We ordered one cup of the Lobster bisque, very yummy nice and smoothsome chucks of lobster . You definitely get your moneys worth, at least I had the pleasure of, with the rolls. If you're extremely hungry...you still may... possibly be hungry after. It (the rolls) looked small visually but after eating the maine roll, no complaints. To be fair I didhave the clam chowder with it so I was full from both. The chowder, which isnt freshly made, was DELICIOUS. I was informed it isshipped but don't let that discourage you, I almost did and I'm glad I still ordered it. Good amount of clams and seasoned well;not just a cream taste like some can taste like. The lobster tots were okay. The sauce on top was nice and something different.Note, there isnt much lobster in the tots for the size box it comes in. I decided to take a picture of the bag the food came into emphasize that for such a big order, the bag held up. We enjoyed it. The lobster was fresh, bright, tender and sweet. The roll is authentic. Slightly sweet and freshly toasted. A... lobster roll isn?t much other than lobster, toasted buttered roll, mayo or butter, and lemon. They take those simple ingredientsand make it amazing. I could have had 2 more but at $18 each, I would go broke quick!
