What a spectacular dining experience. First Michelin Star restaurant I?ve tried in Florida. The hype was an understatement. The best meat place in Miami! Located in design district with really fun neon entrance. Staff is professional, they help you... with everything. I tried steak & eggs - I like the idea, but for me it will be better with another kind of bread or crepes, theyserve it with white fried one. Butcher?s Feast is must have, really tasty, my favorite one was 45 days dried meat. And of coursepaella with Wagyu, it was so good, highly recommend! Read more
Located in the heart of the Miami Design District, this high end Korean BBQ restaurant is the newest kid on the block. The place... is small, reservations a must, the staff is professional, courteous and friendly. First stop as you arrive, the bar, (part ofthe experience I was told) the bartenders are great. My only complaint is about the overwhelming smell of meat you get as youwalk-in. My opinion, it could-be fixed with a better extraction system. Once seated, we were greeted by our Sommelier Daniel,delightful! Our waitress and busgirl were great too, its so refreshing to finally have a friendly and professional teamassisting you. The food was incredible, but one menu each was too much, we were 5 people and couldn?t not eat it all! Amazingexperience, the quality of the meat explains the prices.
