Yesterday I made an order through uber eat (a cake to celebrate my father's birthday). the girl who delivers the order to the... woman from the uber gives her the wrong order, they give me an ice cream instead of a cake. when I call they simply tell me:I'm sorry, you can come get the cake and I'll give you a cookies for free or I can give you your money back. CONCLUSION: if Iask for uber eat it is because I cannot go for it and in addition to the inconvenience of having unqualified staff, they tell meto go and they give me "A COOKIES" really! that was the solution he manager gave me . If i could give these young ladies a Zero i would they were about 8 customers in line waiting to order and these 3 young ladies... was having a full on conversation in front of everyone they had zero cares about us the customers who were waiting.. who everowns this location needs to train these girls all over and watch them on your camera to make sure they?re doing there jobsinstead of blabbing and carrying on conversations and ignoring customers.. I went into the store and ordered a quart of ice cream. They had accidentally made more than would fit in the container. I asked... what they were going to do with the extra and they said get rid of it. So I asked them to just add it to mine. They said theywould have to charge me for it and I watched them as they put in the trash. I cannot understand how a company would rather puttheir product in the trash rather than give it to the customer. To me that simple act would ensure that the customer would comeback. Putting food in the trash, what a wasteful and despicable act, specially in today?s times. Read more

The... icecream here is good as expected from coldstone, but the staff's laziness knows no bounds. I had ordered an additional mix inof oreos and they just put it in another cup, uncrushed, NOT mixed INTO my icecream, like a mix-in is supposed to be.Additionally, I had ordered another icecream with additional brownie mix-in alongside the first brownie mix-in and I had gottenthe regular amount of brownies -- and it wasn't mixed, it was just placed on the top of my icecream. So not only was my mix-insnot mixed, but I paid almost an additional dollar for no change to my icecream. Read more
I asked for chocolate devotion with extra brownies and thats exactly what I got! Delicious chocolatey brownie goodness! There... were three people in line before me but there was enough associates available to take my order quickly. Everything was clean andof course the ice cream was great as always. There is indoor seating and outdoor seating as well as clean restrooms. Nice littlespot to chill out when you have a sweet tooth! Read more
5 employees. Only ONE helping customers. All the others were making cakes right in the front to put in freezers for sale. ONE... person ahead of me, all the other employees chatting (never once acknowledging a paying customer waiting.)10 min later i askedif there was only 1 person serving which went completely ignored. I said loudly at that point, how do you have so many employeesin the front yet only ONE helping a paying customer waiting?
