My family loves Coldstone but today was the last time we order delivery. The Kendall location never ever gets our delivery... orders right. Not to mention that the manager on shift today was very unprofessional and simply didn?t care that my order waswrong. She was clearly a child and told me they were closing and couldn?t help me. Bitter Taste DISAPPOINTMENT. 1 star is not low enough. It doesn't matter how good the product is, if the service is not good! ... No one wants to buy cookies from mean Girl scouts, no matter how much you like them. Twice now I've ordered online, receivedconfirmation email, and driven to the location just to be told they don't have the flavor i ordered and cannot fulfillorder. My experience was really awful. The floor was all wet, they were trying to clean (going very rude) ignoring the costumers making... the line. We got there at 9:10pm. After a long wait in line(1hr and 10min) at 10:20pm it was our turn to order when we realizedthrough the upset costumer in front of us that there was not chocolate or vanilla flavors, so I asked for strawberryshortcake(after I confirmed the info was accurate) and the attendant (very rude, and with not gloves on by the way) said ?we donot have nor make strawberry shortcake? Then I asked for candy cotton flavor in a cone for my daughter and again their answerwas ?we only have kids cone, and you can not put any toppings? I said if you are running out of any flavor it would be nice toannounce it? we never heard an apology only long faces were showed. End of story we were very disappointed, never going backagain. The ice creams are delicious!! However, the employees must follow sanitary protocol. They are preparing food without gloves.... Why am I watching her putting banana on my Ice Cream with her bare hands.????. That didn't sit right with me. And the worst wasspeaking over the food while preparing or sniffing the milkshake because she wasn't so sure if the flavor was blended and gavethe same milkshake to the customer!????.
