I was with my friend who is a tourist, and wanted to let them taste the best churros. And unfortunately, we did NOT have the... best time. The woman who works there insulted us in Spanish, and refused to serve us. Read more
It is very unfortunate that I have to leave this review, but the young lady that works here is unbelievably rude. We asked for... 11 churros and dulce de leche side, and she ignored us. Then, she told us in a really rude way "What is it that you want?" andthen slammed the churros into the counter after we paid. Please get better staff, we like your churros but the staff here issuper rude. I did not deserve to be treated so poorly by a worker. Please consider upgrading your staff to have a pleasantexperience at churro mania, or at least a normal experience and not a disgusting experience like the one I had. Second time we try to buy in this place, but they do not attend us, today we arrived to buy at 8:50 pm and the girl said that it... was already closed. In google the schedule says that they close at 10pm, but the girl simply tells us that it closes earlier. very bad service Read more

A great way to ruin an awesome day. Little girl working there doesn?t speak or seem to understand any English. She was chatting... away for about 5 mins before even attempting to serve us. We ordered to plain sugar churros and a water. There was some issuegetting the batter dispenser working and it took almost 30 mins to get two small servings of Churros turned out. I asked herwhere about my water? She rambled in Spanish that I didn?t pay for water. It cost me to walk back to where my daughter waswaiting to get my phone and show her the receipt! Amount I paid stil didn?t make sense, but by that time I was fed up! Neveragain! Would NOT recommend! Read more
