I go to this chipotle all the time, but one time my mom and I did a mobile order and went to pick it up. When I got back to my... car, I realized I didn?t have chips so I went back in. They told me the fryer was broken, so I told my mom. She then went in tocomplain, asking for our money back. They said they couldn?t do that and that we had to call customer service to get our moneyback. Something should be done about this because it?s so much easier to get a refund inside! Read more
Been here about 3 times. By far the worst Chipotle location I've ever been too. My experience with the staff here has been... pretty disgusting every time. For example the last time I went the lady preparing my burrito destroyed it while trying to wrapit, and everything inside the burrito fell out on the counter, so another lady with more experience decides to come help re-wrapthe burrito out of nowhere with the same gloves she has been wearing for who knows how long. She literally scoops all theingredients from the counter with her hands into a new wrap. In the process I was like "Are you going to make another one", andshe said "Of course not" with a nasty condescending attitude and facial expression. Not bad at all,the only issue was the guacamole ???? looks almost black,and it's always like that every time I go to this... location,I don't know why. Other than that everything is perfect,great customer service,good food and the restaurant is clean. Read more

We went to this new location last night and order 2 chicken bowls with fresh tomatoes, sour cream and corn? NO tomatoes NO sour... creami and few pieces of burn dried chicken? We asked them for a small container with green sauce and they said ?it?s inside?.We recommend check orders before leave this place! Poor service :( Read more
Today I went to this location and it was a terrible experience, the lady serving me and the lady at the register were rude and... as they were serving me i asked for extra cheese however they refused to sell it to me claiming it was measured even though Iwas going to pay for it, I didn?t want to argue to I moved on to pay and as I was looking for seats they were all dirty , foodon the floor and on chairs. Okay so I open my bowl and notice also a hair in top of the lettuce and the carnitas were not cookedwell , they were still pretty red.
