I normally read reviews when I'm in another city ane state; however, I failed to do so this time. The food was horrible. No... taste to the chicken bowl and the chips were stale. Not to mention, the cashier did not have enough money in his drawer to giveme my proper change. He had to dig into the tip jar. I thought Chipotle had standards. Chipotle is one of my favorite take out places with ready made food. I decided to get the garlic steak but some of the pieces... were inedible. I chewed the flavor out and then discarded the meat. Pick up order at 920 pm on April 1st was completely wrong. They filled the bowl with rice which I ordered none of and put NO... sofritas which I did order. Was missing the veggie fajitas as well. Most bland, cold (not even room temp) and unsatisfyingmeal. Couldn't return it because they were closing by the time we got home to open the bag. Contacted the automated customerservice and got a bogo coupon when a full refund should be issued. Employees checking phones when they should be checking orderaccuracy. Read more

Our family didn't not have a pleasant experience at all. The young lady that made our food was extremely nice but her coworkers... were rude. Although the kids quesadilla comes with chips the cashier charged me for them even when I asked did it come withchips and she said no. The kids weren't given kids drinks or anything. I am very disappointed. Then when I asked for extra sourcream the girl would not hand it to me. Read more
