Placed an online order for a burrito. The SMALLEST $17 burrito I?ve had in my life. Not even to mention that one side was only... rice and the other was some chicken, the tortilla was hard and cold. Don?t order from here. EXTREMELY disappointed. Also Idlike to note that I pick the same burrito every time I go in person, this wasn?t even half of the size. I ordered a bowl online via the app and paid for guacamole for my bowl and they literally threw a whole piece of avocado on my... bowl. The portion of food was small and for it being a chicken bowl it barely had any chicken and the rice was hard. Worstexperience I?ve had in a chipotle. Read more
The worst Chipotle I have ever eaten at. I don't give less than one star because it's not possible. Chipotle food is always... delicious but the food I was served at Brickell I don't know how to describe it. They didn't have many of the ingredients andwhen they delivered the burrito it was all cold, from the chicken to the tortilla. How can they deliver a cold burrito? This chipotle is horrible. I have really bad experiences with this chipotle. Last night I ordered a burrito from Uber eats and... this came. It was a small burrito and I had paid for the normal size one. I paid the $11 it costs and they gave me a super smallburrito. It?s not the first time they do something like this. The employees are horrible and they don?t deserve to continue likethis. They treat their customers horribly and have no respect for them. The only reason they?re successful is because it?s theonly chipotle in brickell and brickell is a place where lots of people order to go and go to that chipotle. Read more
This employee is rude and unprofessional. I go to this Chipotle often and have never had such an encounter. He needs to be... retrained on how to speak to guests in a professional manner because he seems to think he can disrespect customers like he'stalking to one of his friends! Closed 35 mins early one night (12/2/2021) and line is fairly slow moving. But it?s Chipotle, it?s good otherwise and they have... a couple outdoors tables which is nice. Good luck, hope they?re open when you need them to be. Read more
Been here several times, consistently SUBSTANDARD without fail! Two ladies blatantly cut in line and I said something about it,... pushover employee (brunette male with glasses) did nothing about the disrespect, continued to serve them before me and everyoneelse in line. Oftentimes 2-5 ingredients are unavailable at all times of the day. Terrible portion sizes compared to any otherChipotle. Some of the guac fell off my bowl onto the counter and (a different) employee scooped it up with her hands back intothe bowl from the counter in front of me ???? then served it to me and charged me the same price. Gross! I very rarely havenothing good to say about a fast food restaurant, but this is by far the WORST Chipotle I?ve ever been to.
