It was so packed during rush hour, but they handled it so fast and with great service. Food is always fresh here.
I ordered 2 new steak meals with chips & guacamole. They didn?t tell me they were out of sour cream & guacamole until almost... through making my orders. Then the chips were stale. I asked for a different batch they said they were all made today samebatch. It took me 20 minutes to get a refund. The employees are rude. It?s a dirty place getting worse. Prior to this visit Ithought maybe they were super busy & hadn?t cleaned up yet, but this time I really took a look. I have taken pictures & filledout a survey but nobody called me back. I love Mexican food. The food is always fresh and the lines moves fast. I always return back to Chipotle because the food is... always fresh and I love their chicken bowl. The only suggestion I have is they clean the tables. Read more
Food was excellent, as always. But this location had some pretty unfriendly faces. We were served by a Peruvian woman who looked... at us weird and was asking some weird questions. Not what you would expect at a restaurant. And especially with the look it wasaccompanied by. Aside from that, food was good, bathrooms were clean, prices were okay, seats and tables were clean, trash canswere emptied. Read more
Honestly one of the few Chipotle restaurants I?ve been to that clearly have high standards and make orders correctly. I had... gotten a double meat bowl with guac and queso on the side, and this restaurant properly made the order exactly as specified. Iwould definitely come here again if getting food quickly in a clean establishment. Read more
After the dissapointment at the South Miami Chipotle on US1, I decided to try out this location. At first the food was great and... the staff was quick and enthusiastic. I came again after a month and now they have a crew of teenagers on a Saturday night whoare goofing around, taking an eternity to serve 5 people in line, and worst of all; they pack my simple 2 burrito bowls in sucha manner that the entire bag fell apart after a 5 minute car ride back home and spilled an entire bowl all over the door of mybmw. Completely unacceptable, literally the last time im eating at chipotle in Miami Dade. Pathetic. Sad. Read more
I have been coming to this chipotle for years and for the past year I?ve been extremely dissatisfied and disgusted. I wish I... could have taken of picture of how there people kept the food area and toppings, it looked like someone had a good fight inthere. Along with EVERY single table inside was completely filthy. I?m not one to write comments about restaurants but I reallydo believe this location needs a MAJOR management UPGRADE. I placed an online order on the Chipotle App and when I got home I noticed there was absolutely no chicken in both the bowls I... ordered. I couldn?t find one piece. This location often under services portions (especially between 4-6pm, maybe shift change &don?t want to cook more meat) which I let it go every time but to not put anyyyyy protein at all is absurd. Reported it and gota code for 2 free bowls. Happy about that but this location needs to be better supervised on employee?s being lazy. Read more
