Out of the 4 Chipolte locations I order from this is the only one that without fail serves small servings on all items. I'd say... about a 1/3 less compared to all other locations. I know it's cool to ask for a little more but this location makes me feel likeI have to manage and it's a nuisance. Today my fajitas where literally a single green pepper chunk and a few red onion slices.Again, it's normal for a bad hand to be dealt at a Chipotle but to me this location deals only bad hands at every position. The girl who took my order had a very attitude from the beginning. When I could not understand the type of meat she was talking... about, and had to tell me 2 times, she started to serve the food in a very violent way. When I told her about her attitude shetold me she does care ! How can you hire people that so unfriendly so unpolite ? I was there with my kid. Last time there. Theplace was dirty too. Food was okay. Usually love a chipotle but the experience here was terrible. Luis/Lewis locked both bathrooms stating they were... ?out of order? but didn?t put a sign up. I suggested he put up a sign so people aren?t waiting for 10 minutes plus to use therestroom and he said they would have to contact district and they didn?t want to. Another employee let us in the restroom andthey were working perfectly fine. It was evident he didn?t want to clean them or something. They were cleaning the restaurantpicking up chairs and putting them on tables at 7:30pm and didn?t close till 10pm. Read more
Updated July 2022 This Chipotle has been hit or miss but has improved recently. Portions and service are a little better. Going... to be increasing my rating to 3 stars from 1. Hopefully the place keeps on improving. The Pollo Asado is delicious. Definitelyprefer that over the regular chicken. Kitchen does look pretty messy at times although not too busy. Original Review As usualwith every new Chipotle, good portions at first and then they don't even serve full spoons especially in lunch time. Foodquality was ok. Update - portions and customer service have gotten worse. They even cheap out on the rice and beans now.Honestly, when you feel like your bothering them when you go there you know its bad service. Most of the Chipotle locations close to where we live are hit or miss when it comes to placing a pick-up? today was... particularly disappointing. My daughter?s meal (who was the main reason we ordered in the first place, might I add), containercame missing all her favorite items. The kids carnita build your own, came missing the carnitas, chocolate milk and kidschips. The rest of the order was accurate (the fat to meat ratio is excessively leaning towards the fat these days in ouropinion though) however, when all the other meals are barbacoa and your 9 year old who was so excited to eat her carnitas and isdisappointed to open her container and not see any, all parents can understand the struggle in the heartbreak. Ordered two items from here, neither of the items came with the protein I requested and paid for on my online order. Pressed for... time, most folks opt for Pickup; it's not even the first time this happens. Incredibly poor service and staff does not seem topay attention to you when going to grab your to-go order. Lazy workers, bad attitude, been here 3 times and the 3 times the people working are just lazy, I ordered 3 soft tacos he gave... me only 2 tacos because he didn't want to go the the back and open a new bag of tacos, so his solutions was giving me 2 softtacos and 1 hard shell just so he didn't have to walk ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK!!! if you go there after 8PM they will havenothing, regardless that they close at 11PM, because why cook if you can sit there 3 hours talking to your co workers becausethere is no food and anything to sell until closing time, it's too hard to heat stuff and sell it; will never go to the placeagain, better go to the one in 87th, hey management I think it's time to hire trained monkeys and save 12 an hour they will do amuch better job Read more
