This place USE to be the best wing place. I ordered yesterday 4/17/2021. Whoever they have answering the phones taking your... orders was very confused about there own menu. After finally getting the order in, went and pick up order, my only mistake was Ididn't check the actual food before leaving. The wings were not the same recipe that we use to get, the wings were the worstI've ever had, totally different! Not to mention half our order was missing. I was so tired of these people I took the loss onthe chin and didn't bother calling these unexperienced people they have working there. People miss orders all the time so Iwasn't that mad at what was missing, my main gripe is this wasn't the same recipe we loved from them, these had no taste andweren't what we thought we ordered! Chiks and Wings get back to what yall use to do, get a COOK, and competent people workingregister cause this was worst experience I've ever had in any restaurant!!!!!! Read more
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. FIRST, the young lady over the phone didn't know what flavors they actually have. I asked for Buffalo and... she stated they only had Buffalo ranch. I ask for a 20 piece i was told they can make two 10 pieces instead of suggesting a 16piece combo. Arrived 15 minutes after my expected time, I was called on the way to say I had to change another to flavor, I had4 combos; which they turned on 5 because of the extra 10 piece.....upon arrival I looked at menu there was Buffalo hot ????. Notonly was the order missing my honey lemon pepper garlic the wings doesn't taste as good as they used to. I heard of this place when I was in highschool and fell in love with lemon pepper the remix. Felt so sad when the closed for a... bit, but drove 40 minutes just to order theses wings. It's as if the best parts of hole in the wall and wing stop came together under one roof. Their wings are as great as hole in... the wall and their fries are sweaty like wing stop. Absolutely loved it, they're my new favorite spot! Read more
