Terrible place, leaves much to be desired. I ordered pickup. I signed in, waited for my order for 1:30 and no one ever came. I... tried calling the store multiple times and no one picks up the phone. I would stay away unless you like being disappointed. Alsowhen I called the office to get a refund they told me the manager would have to approve it, based on this experience and thisnice review I?m probably never getting my money back, but if I do it will probably take a year. Decent sandwich , wasn?t fresh . I asked for sauce to eat with the sandwich they couldn?t even put that in the bag. So i was... stuck eating a fry sandwich (cause it wasn?t fresh) with no sauce. The chicken is soooo good. My daughter loves this place. The service is quick and friendly. They have a lot of people working... and they all seem to work like a well oiled machine. The chicken nuggets were really good. Prices are fair. This location is inthe food pavilion of the mall. It seemed like it was the busiest restaurant there. Plenty of parking. Read more
I, like many people in the south am a huge fan of this place. The staff are above the rest. They will make you feel good! It?s... their calling. The chicken is blessed. It is tender and juicy and just the way that chicken should be. I prefer the tenders, butto each their own. The sandwiches and nuggets are great too. Chic Fil A sauce is everything and you should put it on everything.Oh, and they don?t charge you extra for it, like Zaxbys does. CFA is a good place. Worse service ever! I ordered a milkshake and people with food orders that came after me were serviced before I was. Huge... inconvenience and after asking for a refund, I was informed that it would take 2-3 days to get my money back. I will neverreturn to this location again!
