Customer service was good and friendly I forgot to say this was the only checkers in Miami that was very clean..... I Love it

We went through the drive thru and there was a robot voice on the speaker. Very neat but also unexpected. Food was average
Well so checkers decided to put an automated voice robot to take orders... The idea sounds good for them but tbh it won't work... because orders will be taken wrong and what if you have people speaking creole or Spanish thats what ppl speaking mostly aroundhere... Bad bad idea checkers. Read more
Understaffed! AND forgot my fries! This checkers is right across from a high school; all the students go there once class is let... out. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and noticed there were only two employees working during such a busy shift. Fixthis! Read more
Terrible service and rude employees. Waited 20-25 minutes at the drive thru although there was maybe 1-2 cars in line. The... gentleman at the window was rude when trying to clarify my order. The store was out of Coke beverages and apparently had noketchup to go with my fries? This place is a disaster, management should consider making changes! Read more
they did not have any condiments they did not have Slurpees or milkshake and also no bread for the steak sandwiches I had to... file a complaint the sandwich what's not warm and it was messy Read more
This location is always ready to serve you. Every time I come to this Checkers they are ready.
