I am updating my review to 5 stars because one representative is actually making the difference; her name is Indiana and she is... providing a level of customer service that is not common in Miami. She never forgets to ask how her clients are doing and takecare of orders with a sincere smile on her face. Way to go Indiana. Way to go Checkers. Read more
I would never recommend the chicken bites box, had it today and almost vomited the after taste was nasty. They advertise 8... ounces of chicken it's more like 1 ounce for all the pieces combined with 7 ounces of seasoned flour. Absolutely terrible! Thespicy chicken sandwich was fine. Read more
Pretty cute. We'd say it's like a type of whataburger in a way. Better fries for sure (in my opinion.) They are open late I... mean... it only has a small drive through, and an outside dining area. The food has some fair deals. I enjoyed the spicy chickentonight. It does have a spice to it. The cheese on her burger was smooth. My bad I ate a bite. Soo it took nearly 30 minutes to get the food. The service wasn?t the best customer/crew relationship. The cashier barely paid... attention to me even though there were like 7 people in there. But even though the service department leaves a lot of room forimprovement the fries were good. Food was a 4/5 stars. No doubt but the relationship with the customer has to get better. That?sa -5/5. I really enjoy eating in checkers, but today i had a really bad experience. The lady in the window taking orders was really... rude. She didn?t gave us the correct items and also didn?t even gave us our straws. Im really disappointed. By the way, shespoke Spanish and when we ask her for something in Spanish she kept on speaking in english. Really rude and bad costumerservice. Read more
