Uber driver here again. Waiting for the better part of 10 mins for an order. I ask if I could use one of the 2 ?outside?... restrooms?. Told it?s for employees only? 2 bathrooms and one can?t even be for customers/workers? Gotta love when women haveclearly never ever once suffered a UTI and can?t appreciate the urgency sometimes. Men are dumb about that I don?t expect themto understand, but as a woman? I?m glad they?ve never had to deal with it. Uber drivers are told that if a restroom is availableto the public then we have every right to use it. Checkers is by far the worst for Uber drivers and sometimes I like to think Ican give the benefit of the doubt but I?m always proved to be right about this place. Read more

We got an uncooked burger and brought it back to get them remade and the manger on duty came to the window didn?t say anything... to us directly and issues a refund and no receipt or food and shut the window and said she was going to call them cops if wedidn?t move. No time to clear the confusion and the burgers were both poorly made. I asked for the managers name she refused tolet them open the window as well as started recording like she was in the right. Drove over 30mins to come to this checkers for4 sandwiches and two were made poorly and was uncooked meat and one. She gave me no receipt as well and basically sat like achild hold up the line for her other customers all to not give me my food just handed me my money back with no apology for thefood or anything. Staff is very uncustomer friendly...took 30 minutes for an walk up order and the food was cold and terrible..they need new... staff quickly...won't be back until they do..ijs Read more
Went to the drive thru around midnight and ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches. When we got home only 1 was spicy chicken and the... other 2 were some sort of regular hamburgers. The one spicy chicken was excellent but the 2 burgers were way below average. Wedidn't feel like driving all the way back. I don't know, I think it seems harder to screw that one up than to get it right. Read more
That was the worst experience i ever had in my life Im glad i didn't go thru the drive in. I walked up to the window and they... took my order and i told them i wanted a two for four spicy chicken sandwiches and when they gave them to me it was cold. This is honestly the worst checkers I have been to. I waited over 30 minutes for my food (3 burgers & a fry) & when I did... receive it, my order was completely wrong. I was charged the wrong amount & after asking for my food to be fresh/well done itwas cold. I had extra topping I did not ask for and overall I am highly upset. I can understand if a mistake happens once, but Ihave a problem EVERY TIME I come to this checkers. I could also understand if there are a lot of orders but I was the only carin line at the time, I do not understand. If possible go to a different checkers !
