Horrible customer service. Do not eat here because they will treat you very badly. They did not want to make me my food and have... me pick it right at 7. I was willing to pay early and then pick it up before I went home. Told me no. I will never order foodfrom there again. Read more
The chicken Philly has no taste at all super plain the fries super salty .. and the price for a Meal to expensive..
Update: The problem was with uber eats. I've gone in person and not had any issues. This is some of the best cheesesteak in... the world and you gotta try it. I have been a customer since they open, at the beginning it was great, but lately they are not as good. First they took out the... crispy onions, the young guys that work the grill are talking so loud that you can't hear the cashier. Every time we visit themall, I eat at Charleys, well today I ask for a California with onions, mushrooms and green peppers, and what I got was a coupleof onions and I couldn't find the mushrooms or green peppers. I went back to the cashier and I told her I ask for a Cali witheverything, she said it's there but when they put it in the grill it gets small. I couldn't be more disappointed.
