Worse costumer service experience There is an old guy (most like the owner or manager) We asked for two small ice cream and he... gave us two servisoft ice cream. There are so few ice cream places these days that I biasely often give 5 stars as long as they meet minimal niceties: have ice... creams in many flavors, maintained nice & cold, provide tastes, clean, adequate service. Anyhow, this Carvel is tucked at thevery end of the strip mall, easily missed. Take 132 Ave for easier access. Good parking. Read more

Great experience from start to finish. I ordered the picture cake for my son's birthday. Was a super easy order over the phone.... Simple email in of the photo and they took care of the rest and had it ready quickly. Friendly and easy interaction like a momand pop store in the middle of town. Very clean place. The workers are so nice always with a smile and ready to serve your ice cream. My favorite is the Nutella... Hazelnut. My kids love eating ice cream here and it's not expensive. Highly recommended. Read more

I was treated with excellent customer service,... professionalism and overall I would highly recommend everyone to visit this establishment.
