All of the ice cream products are great, especially the Ice cream cakes. Very delicious.
Hardly do I ever take the time to write bad reviews but after three different occasions of coming to this location & getting... horrible service I feel like it needs to be done. This is the last time I ever step foot inside this carvel. I walked in & therewas no one at the front, I waited to see if anyone come out & still no one. So a few min after my son & I start calling out forhelp. 5 min later still no one would come to the front. My son tells me why don?t you call the number to see if someone?s evenhere, I call & a man answers the phone. I ask if anyone is here cause I?ve been waiting for more than 5 min for someone to cometake our order & he just said oh ok hold on& comes right out. When he comes out, we see him come from just behind the wall..Iasked you didn?t hear us? And he said oh no I wasn?t paying attention. That was it for me. First of all if I was him I?d beapologizing for the situation, not once did he even say sorry for the wait or anything. I walked out of here with my son becauseI do not want to continue giving my money to a place that lacks customer service so terribly! It?s the same man who I?ve had badexperiences with the other times as well. To me it seems like he just does not want to be there. The owner of this carvel shouldreally do something about this because this place is going downhill.I was looking around while we were waiting for someone tocome out & it?s just so dirty, not well kept at all. I would never recommend this carvel to anyone, I rather make the drive toanother one instead of going to this one that?s next to me. Read more
Loads of choices between flavors and styles of ice cream, toppings, shakes, and even Birthday cakes. They also have frozen... sundaes to take home for later. Prices are not bad at all. Read more
