Very friendly their workers and exquisite ice creams and varieties
A week ago I went to this store looking for a last minute cake for my Son?s Birthday. There were no more cakes in the size I... needed and I didn?t have time to go elsewhere. KAREN saw my frustration and immediately went out of her way and was able to findme 1 in the freezer but needed to be decorated. She stopped what she was doing and started to mix color blue to decorate my ????thanks to her I was able to arrived on time with my sons cake. Carvel never disappoints employee was extremely friendly, didn't speak English, which was ok because I speak Spanish, and she... explained shes trying to learn. The owner is always present and is always welcoming. Truly a staple in the community. Read more

The store is not of the best, but offers everything. Very good selection of cakes at different sizes and appears clean. They... open 7 days until 11 PM. The will write your message on any cake. And, the Carvel ice cream tastes amazing! Read more
Great customer service! I had called a few Carvels around to see if they could make the strawberry carvelog. Some said they... didn?t know what it was , other just kinda brushed it off when asked about it. When I called this particular carvel, a verynice man answered and said sure I can make anything you?d like just give me 2 days. I had told him I saw one online that hadstrawberries n he made the exact same one. It was delicious ! DELICIOUS !! To top it all off it it had strawberry jelly in themiddle . I will gladly take the extra 15 min drive to come to this particular carvel. Thank you so much for my cake ! Read more
