Today I bought a whopper. I was eating the burger when half way there was a tomato expiration label in my mouth. I purchased... the meal around 1:15pm and the expiration date of the tomato label was from 9:00am. I went to store to get a refund and the 3o?clock shift manager was very rude saying that next time I should bring the burger whole. It?s like she was doubting me. I went in with my Hispanic family. My husband daughter had a bad experience with the store manager there who was clearly Latina... . The store manager refused to speak Spanish to a Spanish customer. She only spoke English and was requested to speak Spanishand she still refused to speak it.I think she was rude and should be accountable for her actions. Online posted the location is close at 11pm i came in at 9:50pm. The door is close. I went to ask them if they can sell me a... burger they said they cant. I did check the clock with the manager. Save your headache and money!! Go somewhere else!! I waited 15 minutes in drive thru before the line started moving at a snail... pace. 27 minutes total spent in drive through. Like seriously?? And then I paid $6 for an impossible whopper only ketchup, justto open up sandwich and there is a big slice of cheese on the burger. So I take off the cheese just so I don?t have to go backin line. Take a bite and it?s cold. Taste like it was cooked 6 hours ago. I will never go to this location again. I?m visiting from another state this was a horrible experience. First they had the dine in door locked. So I had to walk thru... the drive thru. Second when I get to drive thru no one answered so I had to Walk to window to order. Third my order was totallywrong. The bread didn?t even get toasted or grilled. Whatever they suppose to do to it. I asked for no onions she gave me extra.My sister order was totally wrong as well. She asked for double meat whopper they only gave her 1. I was trying to do the surveyonline but the receipt don?t even have the store number. I will never come back to this Burger King again. I hate I had to give1 star. Read more
Very slow at Burger King on this visit nearing 6:00PM on Monday and slightly raining on our arrival. There were no other... customers in line, our orders were taken right away and for dine in. NO Milk Shakes!? Machine Out-of-Order... Wow! I rate BK afour (4) for not having service for shakes or ice cream cones. The food was warm, the French Fries were hot and the Big Fish wasonly warm. No ice in fountain machine for drinks. The kids didn't complain so that was a good thing. A few other customers wereeating in dinning room... one guest asked me, where did you get the ice?
