This place was just depressing. Between the dim lighting, the play place being closed, most of the soda swlection not working,... no napkin dispensers and most of the staff not knowing english was very dissapointing. My food was warm at best and onion ringssoggy. Read more

Let me start by saying that burger kings customer service line is an absolute joke. About 2 months ago I went through this drive... thru and once I placed my order not only did it take over 15 minutes to get food ( it was a family meal 3 whoppers, 3 fries and3 cheeseburgers and 3 fries ). Not only was the service bad but when the person that was taking my payment she snatched my cardand then proceeded to tell me my card did not go through. After 3 attempts and having another guy charge me in the frontcomputer with a bad attitude she told me your card Finally went through and I was not even given a receipt. On Monday I checkedmy account and I was charged 3 times for the same transaction but with 2 of the charges were different amount. I calledcorporate customer and they told me they would get in contact with the store but it has been more then 2 months and over 5 callsand there has not been nothing at all not a call no email and burger kind corporate is a joke. They give you a bad attitude andall they say is that they can not do nothing else but send an email. You would think that they would care but they don't.Honestly stay away from this burger king. There staff is horrible and always joking around and they don't pay attention andthere are 2 excellent employees normally 2 ladies in the morning that actually care about the outcome I wish I knew there names, but besides them everyone there is always playing around and they don't care. STAY AWAY from this burger king !!! They willsteal your money and corporate does NOT care about your money only cares about there pockets. Honestly I would avoid all burgerkings at this point just because it seems like all they care is about the money and not the consumer. Read more

Another lost customer! I ordered and paid for a Texas Double Whopper with cheese and I received aWhopper with no chesse. I did... not have time to return as I only have 30 minutes to pick-up my order and eat it. Read more

I sat in my car for 35 mins, they don't even care about how expensive gasoline is today. If a customer changes their order then... let them park on the side and let traffic pass through. Completely unprofessional and no organizations on running a drivethrough window.. Read more

As any other fast food restaurant customer service is poor. But I will always choose BK. Burgers are big. Meat taste is amazing.... Small prices. Won't eat this everyday of course but when I choose to I enjoy it. They always have good deals in the app if youare on a budget or don't feel like expending on a burger. The big king XL was a big surprise! It's so juicy and delicious. Mynew favorite. It's missing the bacon though. Everything with bacon is better! Read more
