If I could give 0 I would. Rarely eat fast food but in last 6 yrs in Grove been to this BL. The last year had been bad to no... service. Often no burgers. I used a coupon charged $.50 for lemonade never before. Asked for drink that came with cashier rudesaid lady it?s only $.50. Today n last day I ever go there I noticed no line though oht of meat again. Rude when I placedorder. Got home to horrible burger a teaspoon of sauce dried and cold. You can obviously see they don't care. Restrooms are closed, employees making food were not wearing globes and made my order... wrong. How are they open with out a restroom. It looks like a thing to close them other people have posted thesame. Read more
I have been working all day, I finished late, my kids asked me to go to burger king for a quick snack, so I drove to the nearest... one on 27th Ave and 28 St. it says: Sat. closes at 22:00, I arrived at 21:20, the door next to the parking lot was close, so Iwent all the way around to the door on 27th Ave. once I am in front of the cashier she tells me only to take out, I was therewith my 3 kids, I asked for large fries and they gave me large sodas, I asked for bacon burger and they gave a regular whopper,by the time I'm writing this they are suppose to be open, I am eating my burger in my house and my kids still asking me why I wehave to go if they close at 22:00, but it is what it is... Terrible hygiene very dirty restrooms which is why they put the wet signs to block the restrooms, it very obvious that the... employees aren't cleaning up after themselves for I found employee vinyl gloves all over the floor and toilet paper everywhereplus they are smoking in the restrooms which you can clearly see that they left a Dutch cigarette baggy cause they don't like toclean after themselves, the toilet was clogged with burger king bags and toilet paper and I needed to use the restroom andwalked right out after seeing how nasty and unclean the restrooms this burger king wasn't like this I've been coming for yearsand little by little the service gets worse and hygiene does too. Im disappointed. The EHC croissant was sooo hard. The bread should be fluffy and it was like TOASTED. Not sure if it was old... because the sandwich was not even hot- it was cold and partially wet. I had no time to go back because I was on my way to workand not only I toss it but also I only had less than ten tiny hash browns as breakfast. Read more
It's shameful that the employees don't let paying customers use the restrooms. They put these caution signs up & a note so... people don't use the restrooms. I paid my money, so I'm using the restroom. How can you work in a restaurant & the restroomsdon't have working water. Where are the employees using the restroom at? Corporate needs tell the employees to find anothersolution to keeping the restrooms clean. The restrooms works perfectly & its very clean. An if I go next weekend & it's the sameexcuse, I'm calling the health department, code enforcement & then corporate. Read more

Inside service is to slow, im a customer for 14 years everyday the service is worse, plus they don't take app coupon... discounts. Employees are to young with out experience and somtime without good manners and that is important.yhis place isinsane, today November 22, 2022 . They have on the menu a offer two meals with soda and frys for $6.00 and the manager don'twant to serve this order.
