Just left bk and they're already closed. If you guys close at 8pm you should correct time open online and schedule on door.... What's the point of having 8 people on shift if only 2 people are working. Don't know who runs the Burger Kings in blackneighborhoods, but they've been doing a poor job for too long. Read more

This has to be the worst BK in Miami, they are so short staffed that I got their on my bike to the front door and as I was... locking it up, I hear the door being locked. When I look up the security guard inside is giving me the cut throat signal andmouthing that they are closed at 3:30 in the afternoon. If I want to buy food I have to jump in my car and sit on a long line inthe drive thru, otherwise I can't eat what I'm craving. I'm done with that place. Read more
Ok this has to be the worst bk I have ever been to. It?s like all the employees are high school students with no supervision. I... went through the drive thru and I could easily tell the kid on the mic was definitely having a bad day. I ordered a big kingcombo and a 4 piece cheddar bites and they forgot my cheddar bites. I came back (deciding to walk in) asking for the bitesexpecting to be in and out. The lady behind the counter told me she?d have some fresh ones made. I proceed to wait and stayedwaiting there for at least 15 minutes while the employees were laughing and joking together. I even heard one of the employeescursing (there were children in the store). Needless to say I got tired of waiting so I left WITHOUT the cheddar bites. FIRE THEWHOLE STAFF or higher a real manager!!! Read more
