This Burger King use to be on the ball. Not today. I was the only person in the drive thru yet still I drove away with the... wrong order. It was not even remotely close to what I asked for and I had to repeat everything twice during the orderingprocess. And the phone line does not work to call and complain. Read more

There was only one person working at around 9 pm. Two if you count the janitor. We were told to wait for our food outside after... ordering. The janitor who I saw mopping the front and who probably just got done cleaning the bathroom brought us our food whilestill wearing the same gloves that touched god knows what. Food was saturated in grease and stale. Chicken sandwich was greasy and not edible. Onion rings dripping grease. Even zesty... sauce was curdled. Manager's response was this is how it is made, it's fresh food. I disagreed. Manager did replace my chickensandwich with a whopper, but even that was not up to par. Food quality was very poor. They still make a great Hamburger ????, and during these hard times..they have some good deals also, plus the establishment was... very sanitized, and with their marker's were showing 6 ft apart on the floors. Read more
It's a decent BK outlet but yes it has a play area for kids which is amazing!
The okay place here is awesome, the food is always fresh, service is fast, always clean and the staff is always extra nice and... efficient. Best Burger King in Miami! Read more
