The worst experience I?ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. First there was a filthy table that was left the entire time we... were there. I personally wouldn?t have left that for the employees to clean but someone did and not one staff member was aroundto clean anything. Then after ordering my food they did not give me the chicken nuggets we paid for and insisted they did andwe were lying! We were eating there and we even told them to check all of our food and with an attitude after arguing with themthey gave us what we paid for. Finally the diet soda was completely flat and they refused to change it or fill up our soda fromthe back for us. This place was not busy at this time. I?ve never seen anything like it. Read more

Horrible. I don't want it is with BK but lately I have not had a good experience in any of them. This one. Couldn't give me a... receipt or won't give me one because they supposedly ran out of tape. The whopper was wrap on normal white wax paper. Nothingwith burket king logo on it. Food was hot but tasted old. So since no receipt I have no way of getting points because when Igave them my id they said that part of the computer was not working. And hence there were 3 people tops. They had a huge signoutside now hiring. And I went on a Sunday night around 8 pm. Read more

Slow. Incredibly slow. We did a family trip to the zoo yesterday and my little brother was hungry from the jump. Zoo food is... expensive and most of the time kinda gross. When we saw that there was a bk on the way, we decided to pick some up. The linewasn't long at all but the wait was. It seemed to be for no particular reason. We were there early but they reassured us thatwhile they didn't start serving lunch until 11, some things were available all day long, including what my brother wanted. Thewait time in the drive thru, when there was ONE car in front of us and we had a very small and simple order was inordinate. Noone checked on us or updated us. If you don't get chicken nuggets, which he didn't, the sauces are a quarter each which wouldhave been good to know when we were ordering... Thanks. Every time I gone, I must say that their hamburgers are always the BEST. They are cooked perfectly, their burgers are never dry... or have the burnt grilled taste like the Burger King in Homestead and the one in Florida City. I really appreciate eating amoist nicely grilled burger. On the negative side, the floor was sticky on the inside of Burger King in front of the counter. I guess somebody waste some soda or juice and they didn?t have time to mop it. Also, it was a little slow with ordering becausethere were 2 ladies selling candy to one of the cashiers at the counter.
