At a Burger King in Grand Prairie, Texas (I-20 & Great Southwest) they don't give any dipping sauce w/chicken nuggets order. If... you want sauce they're charging $.75 each. Aren't the nuggets supposed to come with at least one sauce? This location lost me asa customer and posting on Social Media about their "Money Grubbing" policy! I was a Master Chef for 38 years in 8 states and retired a few years ago because I refuse to cook or serve undergrade food to... save money! Anyways I have been to Burger King several times in the past year and was absolutely surprised how the whopper looksand taste. I never give fastfood restaurants a five star but the Whopper gets one. It had un wilted fresh lettuce, tomato wasfirm and fresh the onions were tastefully fresh the beef was perfect and for the first time in 15 years from any restaurant thatthe bun was extremely soft and didn't taste like pure preservatives. I will no longer go to McDonald's! Burger Kings whopperabsolutely blows the Big Mac out of the water. The whoppers I ate were 100x better then big Mac. "I was not paid or ask to givethis review. Burger King is straight up trash! We have been trying to raise awareness to an issue we had a couple weeks ago at one of their... stores, and they do not have a care in the world to assist. Delivery app drivers are cutting in line at the drive throughs and going ahead of other customers without speaking on the... intercom. This is annoying customers. Please make all customers speak at the intercom before pulling up. If they don't, theyshouldn't be served. You might want to tell this to Doordash and all of your restaurants. Read more

Disgusting! Disgusted! I hadn't had Burger King in a long while, until tonight. My son and I went to the New Covington Pike... location. The one next to Wendy's. Wendy's drive thru was super long; whereas Burger King's line was empty. After the meal weendured, we understood why. We ordered the two meaI for $5.99 each. I'd asked for fresh off the boiler. What we received wasburnt fries and cold burgers. Totally disappointed!! The crew from the shift that served us clearly doesn't care about customersatisfaction and should be fired. You have to care a little bit. We should have followed our first minds and got into Wendy'slong line. Never again!! Read more
