20 minutes at the drive thru and Noone took our order. Drive thru and lobby were empty. Employees and Manger doing nothing. When... we saw an employee coming out we asked of they were open and she said yes I told her to call the manager and the Manger told usto back up into the drive thur but we we left! Read more
Service, cleaning on regular basis. Easy access from street and to those who drive or come on public transpotation. Public... parking and parking for people with disabilities or handicapped through front door. Near to police station, southland mall,number of other publuc buses also park near here. Perfect to area to meet and gather. Also publix nearby and dollar tree. Aswell tire repair across street, a little hectic when serving a lack of being organized by staff in attending customers, longwait at times being remodeling inside and around outside. Read more

This Burger King restaurant is a disaster. I can't fully comprehend how its still in business, but I recommend that the... administration take its responsibilities much more serious. To start off, the entire staff needs to be retrained and coached onthe value and importance of basic customer service. Greeting customers with a smile and making them feel welcomed is a standardin any successful business. During every one of my visits here, I've experienced an underperforming, unhappy and aggravatedstaff delivering less than adequate service. Food preparation takes much longer than usual in comparison with other localBurger Kings, whether you walk in or make your purchase at the drive-thru. The staff is care free and seem comfortable withtheir misconduct. More than once, I have witnessed them discussing personal matters and arguing right in front of the customers,only to find that the manager has nothing to say about it. To their credit, the bathrooms and eating area have been clean andorganized when I have entered the premises. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing I can share about my experience. Froman administrative perspective, it is a very unprofessional working environment which consistently delivers low quality serviceto its customers. The staff's behavior speaks mountains about the Owner's attention to detail and theirrelationship/communication with staff and upper management. I have given this Burger King the benefit of the doubt a few times,but I honestly cannot recommend the place to anyone based on my personal experience. Please go elsewhere, as there is a largevariety of restaurants in the nearby area that will exceed your expectations. Read more

This Burger King is falling apart! However the bathrooms here are interesting, they are falling apart as well but decent, you... have to go through a door which leads to the bathroom doors which then leads to a large bathroom with stalls, some of which area mini bathroom in bathroom, wow, it was interesting. Read more
The app didn't work and the manager didn't give me the promotion. I paid the full amount and still had to wait almost 20... minutes. Bad experience. Read more
