Worst experience ever as a shift supervisor of wafflehouse i understand the shortage of employees. But there is no room for bad... customer service i asked for the onion ringd to be fresh and hot i got cold ones and no fties the sandwiches were cold and nochange or receipt was given do st this point i returned for a refund and told the manager i would likeu whole twenty back due tothe food was a complete mess the unprofessionalism was real dhe responded it only some vhange it was the principal bejind thewhole situation if imu order was complete and fresh i would not had bothered but yes all wrong wtost place ever Read more
I like going to this Burger King because it?s the closest one to me but today I probably won?t go there ever again. I ordered a... chicken sandwich which was fine and then a cheeseburger with no pickles seems good but the onion rings are a different story.Onion rings are supposed to be fresh and soft, not crunchy, hard and stale. They don?t even taste good anymore. Onion rings werealways my favorite but now it?s like Burger King doesn?t know how to make them. Read more
Takes forever to get order. Ordered a whoppe. O ly thing it had on it was ketchup and Mayo. When I asked where tomato, lettuce... and onion were they said they were out. Yet I still paid full price. If I had known they were out I would have went somewhere else. No sorry, or explanation before I got the food. It was like they were hoping I would realize it. I won't be back. Only 2people working and took 15 minutes to get one meal with onion rings. Read more
