Horrible service, I called them after they delivered the wrong food , talk to them was impossible, I called 20 times and nobody... responded the phone , besides no paying attention when they do the order and packed the wrong food , you have they a chance tocorrect it, but nobody picked up the phone , for sure never will buy from this BK again. Shame on the manager that don?t evencare about the clients . Seems to me that even corporate doesn?t care , they never responded to my complaint?Shame on BurgerKing Read more

I am extremely disappointed it the customer service we received today as we go to this location at least 3 times a week, but... today they got the order wrong and then treated my son as if he was trying to get something for free when he was just asking forthe items we PAID FOR. The order was 4 large hash browns and I only got 3, and I ordered a biscuit with ham, bacon, and sausagebut got a REGULAR CROISSAN'WICH instead. When my son went back to request they give us the missing items (he took the entireorder back) the manager was extremely rude to him. She stated that " WE ARE NOT MAKING ANYMORE HASCHBROWNS SO I'M GOING TO GIVEYOU FRIES." "THE ORDER WAS MADE CORRECTLY IT SAID A CROISSAN'WICH AND NOT A BISCUIT SO I WILL NOT GIVE ANOTHER ONE. I MADE THEORDER AND I KNOW IT WAS CORRECT!" Needless to say that after seeing how little loyal customers mean to this location we will begoing to McDonald's (which is much closer to our house) from now on. I refuse to spend on average $150 a week on anestablishment that doesn't value and respect its customers. Read more

Friendly staff but they over charge for cheese on original chicken Sandwiches they will charge for 2 slices instead of 1 I was... told it $1 because its a long Sandwich but at others i only get charged .25 cents .50 cents Read more

I went to the location at 1500. I tried to use BK coupons that arrived to my home, there was a problem with the system and some... of them did not show up. When I got to the drive-thru window to pick up my order, the manager was very disrespectful. She didnot want to take my order, and she was calling the cops. She said to 911 that I was blocking the drive-thru when I was justwaiting for my food. I asked for her name multiple times, and she did not give me an answer. It's hard to believe that a managercares so little about costumers. She started the problem, instead of de-escalating it. I am a US Marines veteran that wasdisrespected just for making an order in a drive-thru. I am very disappointed about the quality of people that are representingBK in its locations. I am hoping that corporate actually cares about costumers and contact me about this issue. Read more

Supposedly new, recently renovated... nope Ac not working, look at the pictures of the nasty air vent/ filter. This is what we... breathe. Then the burger is over cooked near burned. And the drink stand is messy. Fire the district manager! Read more
