The store is completely empty, the self order machine is out of order and I?ve told them I need to place an order. They don?t... care, they just walking around. Bathrooms are locked and need to ask for access. Besides that the food was well prepared and fast. Personnel trying their best... to keep up with the orders so be a little patient with them. They are doing their best. Overall cleanliness was good. Read more
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! The manager is very friendly but the cashier was very rude! He looks like he doesn't like his job!... He need move! Other people took our order because he never gave us thr receipt and he looks mad! The place is beautiful but theattention NO! Need to be more polite! Read more
This particular location needs a new productive staff. Only visited them 3-4 times, just to get two small items and it always... take them 15+ minutes to get your order (which I had to ask how much longer for the order). Also, the Kiosk ordering systemnever works, but yet they can't be bother to place a sign "out of order". Read more
Great food Fast and hot service
Had to try that Impossible Whopper. It was good and they got my order right, which is about the best you can expect at fast... food, right? Shout out to the staff for taking their time to try to help an older gentleman who only spoke Spanish. The staffseemed to only have one guy who spoke Spanish, and he wasn't quite fluent, but they got it figured out eventually. Read more
Worst experience ever. I ordered a double whopper with cheese and onions. Got a double quarter ponder with cheese and pickles.... Order onions rings and got fries instead. Now. The person behind the counter was not able to even get a simple order correctand mind you I was not the only one. I hope 15$ an hour minimum wage like Bernie Sanders proposed for flipping burgers dose tbecome a reality simple you would pay 25$ for burgers. I can?t imagine paying that much for burgers. On top.
