The worst experience ever in a fast food restaurant in my life in this country. That just happened 30 minutes ago. I was... trying to order in the drive through...waiting for like 5 minutes and nobody answered. Drove then to the next window and nobodywas there either. Then drove to the last window where you are supposed to get your food ready and I had to scream to finallyget the attention of someone. I saw like 4 people "working " inside but no one cared that I was outside in my car trying toorder food. When finally one of them opened the window I noticed that he was upset for some reason I didn't know. I wastreated really bad , he almost throwed the food at me and refused to give me a recipe. Closed the window and ignored me until Ileft frustrated. I didn't eat my food because after that I don't trust that place any more. Read more
I just got food this bk 3029 I ask whopper of boiler cut in half It has a goos quality of food but never got it cut in half... then in window i had ask the employee for napkins and ketchup they don?t even put napkins I think manager should be mover intop employee to training them be nicer to the costumer even the manager in duty they need be more communication with costumerit has a pure attitude and communication Read more
This is the worst experience I have ever had in any burger king in my 30 years of being a customer. I ordered a simple bacon... cheeseburger small fries and coke and it took nearly 37 minutes to get my order. As I was standing there waiting a customerreturned with a whopper which he claims was to be made with no ketchup and mayo and the employee took that open sandwich closedthe wrapper and put it back on the line. Then he gave the customer another whopper and the other one was given to someone whowent through the drive thru window without knowing that it had been tampered by another customer. This is just the beginning ofthe complaints I plan to file. My next step is corporate office. WAIT FOR IT!!! Read more
Terrible. Been here many times, I don't go anymore but decided to try something different today. Same story, always a new face... in the drive thru, they feel bothered when you ask for any kind of sauce, then give you the wrong sauce. Often get your orderwrong. Never seen employees so reluctant to do their own job. Go to the Wendy's across the street, 10x better. Read more
So I went to this Burger King in 701 Northwestern 37th Ave. to order a king chicken sandwich as you guys can see on the picture... that?s how they give me the chicken sandwich it was burned the chicken was old and the fries was. I've worked fast food. I know it's terrible, but the attitudes of the supervisors are trash in this restaurant. Everything... looks like it's dirty. Everything you get arrives, if not wrong, cold. God forbid you use drive thru at this location. Not onlydo they not pay you any mind, but you can hear them talking to each other. Sucks because theres one closer, but since theyupdated this locale, it just seems more depressed than the workers. Read more
