Hi, We visit this BK at least once a week and Debbie GM and her entire crew are always very friendly, welcoming and speedily... expediting the orders. Debbie, Lucy & Pam and the rest are always speedily expediting the orders & giving them to the customers. They are great asset to BK. Let me start off by saying this is my neighborhood BK. We having been coming to this location for years and honestly they are... hit or miss. But today I received some of the worst customer service ever. I placed a mobile order and wasn?t given confirmationit was placed. I went inside and waited for a cashier. An older women sauntered out with a grumpy look on her face and justlooked at me. No hello or how can I help you. I proceeded to tell her my issue about the mobile order and she started to give mea hard time. I told her my name and another employee helped her see my order on the screen. Once the order was finished shebrought the food to the counter and slammed down the stickers to close the bag, startling customers. To make matters worse, Iordered a Sprite Zero and was given a regular Coke. For health reasons I cannot have regular soda, so this was extremelydangerous. The lack of attention and attitude of not wanting to be at work was evident. Read more

The whole restaurant is filled with nonchalant energy, the only time they actually are nice n applying themselves is when the... OWNER IS IN THE BUILDING. Besides that these ladies especially PAMELA AND SOME PREGNANT YOUNG GURL ARE EXTREMELY TUDE TO FELLOWASSOCIATES AND CUSTOMERS. The sign says they close at 12am or 2am It does not provide when the dining room is closed ? not onlyhave I been turned away but do have others that live in the community of kebdall. The woman including their head manager dresssloppy and stand at the fry station being rude, they don?t wear gloves in the back WHILE MAKING THE CUSTOMERS ORDERS AND THEMANAGERS SAY NOTHING UNTIL I MADE A COMPLAINT ANOUT IT EVEN THEN THE SHORT SLOPPY MANAGER WITH HER EYELASHES ABOUT TO FALL INTHE FOOD , just rolled her eyes . I?m giving this review 5 stars because of Pamela. Went to Burger King 2 days through the drive thru. I was greeted by the... happiest warmest employee through the speaker she made my day. I originally ordered the classic whopper and the a whopper jr andshe recommended to try that new south western burger combo with fries and a drink which I hope they make it a permanent itembecause it was so delicious. My kiddos and I had a wonderful experience at this Burger King this morning, thanks to an employee named Michael. He was patient... as my kiddos decided what they wanted for breakfast, and he even upsold an iced coffee beverage that I hadn?t considered untilhe suggested. He was extremely polite, saying things like ?Yes, ma?am?, ?Certainly, ma?am?, and ?Please/thank you ma?am?throughout our exchange. When I passed the first window that he had politely directed me to, he was patient and chuckled alongwith me when I joked that it was a good thing he suggested coffee for me. When I asked his name and to speak with his manager,he immediately obliged, though I didn?t mention that it was for a compliment. Judging by the relief on both of his managers?sfaces, he was unaware that it was for a compliment. As I told his managers, if I were still in the hospitality business, Iwould?ve recruited Michael to work with me, as he embodies what true customer service is! This is especially impressive duringthese times where most businesses are understaffed and employees are often overwhelmed. Thank you Michael for getting ourmorning started on a great note! The staff is very friendly & helpful first & foremost i by pass every Burger King when I?m out in that area just to come to this... one ! This one is by far my favorite one because the staff is always on point my food is always super fresh & HOT!!!! So is mydrink it?s always strong & good & the Gm Manager Is Always Smiling& helpful so as her staff the dining when I get out is alwaysclean & neat like my home. This place can NEVER get an order right? I don?t review places often especially not fast food places because I understand that... sometimes people make mistakes when rushed but this place HAS NEVER gotten an order right. I have ordered from here about 5times in the past two weeks and NOT ONCE has it been right. I always order through the Mobil app a whopper with no tomato and noonion and add cheese and bacon. NOT ONCE have they added bacon or removed any tomatoes and today my partner goes to pick up thefood asks them to double check the order and yet still THEY FORGOT a Hershey pie AND gave me a PLAIN WHOPPER WITH ONLY TOMATOAND ONION? the two things I asked to be removed. I understand once BUT 5 times? the inaccuracy is too much. My poor partner ison his way back to get the correct order? Read more
