I have no words to express the satisfaction of eating at BURBOWL. I love that place because they have the perfect combination of... quality food, friendliness of all the staff and cleanliness, including the bathrooms. I always visit the one on 107th Avenueand 16th Street in the Southwest kika !!!!! The best I have to confess that I feel at home as in my country every time I visitBURBOWL and I have taken the trouble to ask all of them their names since they work as a team and do an excellent job startingwith Kika, Juan, Raghav, Pedro, Gavi, Mayvi, Eylen, justice, and Mrs. Teresa and Mr. Francisco, although sometimes I don't seethem, they are also part of that great team working hard in the kitchen so that everything turns out perfect. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I love about 30 minutes from BurBowl but I order from there all the time because we love the... food. I ordered an order for pick up for myself, my wife, and 2 kids. I went in and picked it up. They gave me my the food in abig paper bag that was stapled shut. When I got home I realized that they forgot my kid's food. My wife left our house and askedme to call. The "manager" (she refused to give me her name), gave me major attitude. She basically called me a liar. I asked ifI could return the whole meal and have it remade because by the time my wife gets there and drives back it will have been anhour or more. The manager refused to accommodate this, I believe, reasonable request. I wasn't asking for anything free. Justfor a mistake to be corrected. Horrible customer service. What kills me the most was the inability to admit to a simple mistakethat anyone could make and basically accuse me of lying to get 4 chicken tenders. Read more

Excellent Food and Excellent Service! Very family friendly! Specially the staff, the greeter Mayvi was super sweet, and... friendly, very informative and helpful. I will definitely return when I am in the area. Awesome burgers and bowls. I had one of the limited time burgers this visit, the bandidas burger and it was excellent. Onion... rings on the side were nice and crispy. Wife had a bowl and she loved that too. Portion size is great, you will be happy andfull after eating here. Read more

Came by here today with my son The service was great. The young lady at the counter was very nice and attentive. She was... patient with my 3 year old and with what he wanted to eat We ordered a burger. And a side beef patty for my son. The food wasdelicious and fresh. The truffle fries were fireeeeee. We will definitely be coming by here again. The ambiance was veryrelaxing , and chill. I love the fact that they attend you with as many sauces as you like. They're not stingy. We got like 5sauces.
