I just called this place and the person that answer the phone was extremely unprofessional unpleasant to speak to!, every... question asked was a Nope Nope Nope with an attitude no specials, nothing I asked for a package of sushi maybe 50 rolls or 100rolls she told me it?s 24h in advance and didn?t say anything else leaving an unpleasant silence like she wanted to hang up!! Nowonder that place is empty all the time terrible service don?t even waste your time going to that horrible restaurant! I've been coming to Bonsai for many years and usually order rolls, which are great. For the first time tonight, I ordered the... Pad Thai with beef and it was tasty with the right texture. This place was nice and clean. The waiters were nice and there was nothing to complain about. Sushi were ok and the plates... looked nice. The food looked colorful and it catches my stomach. My friends and I went in around 5ish and by 6-7pm there were alot of costumers. There is also private room for parties and group reservations. This has been and still is my go to spot for my sushi and Thai food cravings for years! In my opinion it's the best sushi you... can get this side of town and probably even most of miami. The portions are generous and the taste is so fresh and yummy. I havebeen dining here for years so when ever I feel like having something special or different I just ask my server to ask the chefif they can which they always say yes and they make me the most amazing odf the menu sushi rolls and thai food. The staff andservice is friendly and knowledgeable. I can keep going on and on but it's definitely a place to try for any one who hasn't. Read more
