Friendly service, family owned restaurant. I?ve been trying to promote it as much as I can on social media especially during... COVID times I hope this restaurant remains strong with doors open. Blue Elephant is one of my favorite spots in town for pad Thai. They have the perfect consistency when it comes to the peanut... oil sauce and rice noodles. It?s not too watery but not too thick. Few places make food as delicious as Blue Elephant. They arevery hospitable and friendly, always smiling.
