I have no idea what the people who gave this place a 1 star rating are talking about. I have been getting food delivered to me... from this place for 5 years now and the delivery drivers have been nothing but very kind and the food has always been nothingbut impeccable. It was the only food that anyone was able to get me to eat after my accident and they would deliver it to me inmy hospital room. The workers are always super friendly when I call and they even remember me and my order every time. Thisplace is the best Chinese place ever and it will remain my favorite until they close their doors indefinitely. Read more

I order fired rice and chicken wings simple it was good. But they have to update there payment method and get more options. But... really in lil Havana by 3st there's not really good restaurants options in the hood they only had apple pay. Read more

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. I?ve never had to deal with such unprofessional human beings in my life. Every... single person that works there is so rude and has no clue what?s going on. I placed an order for delivery, and when the driverarrived, he did not want to come upstairs to drop off the food. He claimed there was no parking at my building, which is acomplete and total lie. I receive food deliveries multiple times a day. I?ve never had an issue with the valet drivers notallowing the delivery drivers to park, while they went upstairs. To sum up the situation from here, I received a call from thedriver first. Barely spoke English and I tried to explain he could park and come upstairs. He hangs up on me. I then received acall from the restaurant. They advised I needed to come down. I explained there is parking downstairs and how the front deskwould send the driver up. They hung up on me. A few minutes pass and I still didn?t get my order. I then proceed to call therestaurant and ask where the driver was. They said if I didn?t come downstairs, I wasn?t getting my order. I then asked for arefund since I had already been charged on my credit card. They hung up on me. After being hung up on several times, I finallygave up and decided to have American Express deal with this issue. I am a pregnant and I really couldn?t deal with howdisrespectful everyone I spoke to was to me. I am baffled that there are people in this world that are that rude andinconsiderate. The food is good , but I would suggest for them to cook the fried rice a little bit more. Every time I buy their fried rice... once I get home I have to put it in the cooking pan, add a little bit water and cook it slowly. I hope they see the review. I'mnot a chef but I surely can cook. Read more

Just because I have to give a star I will they don't deserve not even a half. Customer service was the worst, I 'll never order... from them again, and I'm throwing away the menus from my department.
