I love how convenient this location was and all the things that they have pre-packed. We got a sandwich and a salad pre-packed... and let me tell you when I eat it in the plane was so fresh and delicious. The prices are reasonable considering the fact thatit?s on an airport. I had a great experience. The staff is absolutely wonderful and Mayra is so kind and helpful. I eat here 3 times a week as I am... an employee nearby and Mayra is a person I look forward to seeing each time I walk in. Had a horrible experience with Jaqalin an employee at this establishment. My husband Gabriel was in the emergency room it was a... very long wait, I needed to take my anti anxiety meds so I went to ask her if I could by a pack of crackers, because I feltsick. She refused to give me even a menu to check in prices and started saying there's camera sreaming for security. Therehappened to be a security gard there. She made me feel very bad I ended up buying food somewhere else. Ms. Jacklin should not bedealing with the public. Read more
I do not remember the names of the young ladies that are currently working there but I can tell you that they are super nice.... Especially the young lady with the short blonde hair. She is always on point with the drinks and knows people orders by heart.The Hispanic woman working the sandwich line is a sweetheart. Love her personality and is always welcoming. This place is filthy. The floor was dirty also the counter tops. The girls at the registers are very rude and the manager is to.... Her name is omayra. They got my order wrong and over charged me. Unbelievably rude for no reason. I used to make regular catering orders from here but won't anymore. The last time I called for... a small order, I was in no particular rush, but was spoken to rudely demanding that I make a minimum number requirement for theorder (which I was already at), and was sharply corrected that they didn't have a menu item listed on the catering menu that Iwas trying to order. I've ordered the same thing there for two years. When I asked to speak to the manager, the rude woman onthe phone named Maureen told me she was the manager. Unbelievable.
