Reviews for Amara at Paraiso in Miami, FL
The location is a five star, specially if you get to sit outside and see the amazing water views Miami has to offer. Service... depends mainly on your server. The food experience is good. At least speaking from the brunch side. Confort delicious mealsare put together inspired on some of the most desired Spanish dishes. Five star review for food, four on drinks and three onservice is what I experienced. Read more
Definitely a nice restaurant with a chill ambience. Solid food but you are paying for the view/sitting on the water. Service... was decent, a little slow (restaurant wasn?t crowded). I think my only qualm was that it was a very expensive meal for food thatwasn?t too unique or special. Spent $700 for 5 people (only 2 drinks were bought) and 2 large entrees were ordered with 3different side dishes. Read more

We really enjoyed our meals. My wife and I were visiting from New England and my cousin who lives in FL. She wanted to try the... restaurant out. So it was a good reason for her and her husband to drive 1.5hrs in traffic to meet us there. It was definitelyworth it. The ambiance is very nice. Especially on a beautiful night in Miami. The red snapper was great. Also I can neverresist having flan. Which was the best flan I had ever had! I will definitely go back when we visit Miami again. Read more
Wonderful restaurant on the water. Lovely decor and plenty of outdoor seating. Service is good. Food is excellent and we... especially fell for the grilled octopus that was a piece of heaven. Lovely ceviche. Great place for a long lunch with friends. Read more
Water front seating to enjoy a fire cooked meal. Service was friendly and able to help with wine list and any... recommendations. Lump crab was underwhelming, the queso fundido was good. It initially came out cool and cheese not melted butthey quickly resolved it and brought a new one out. Scallops were also wonderful Read more
Views first. That?s how I would describe amara at paraiso. Make sure to get a spot on the terrace if ever given the opportunity.... If not, the downstairs area is nice as well. Service is great and quick. They definitely nailed on the ambiance. Lots of people, good food, definitely recommend visiting. If you want something a little more budget friendly, their happy hour is spot on. Itincludes drinks and bites! Read more
This is a beautifully designed restaurant with a spectacular water view. The food is delicious and the serving staff is... attentive. There is not much more to say about this place, our mood most definitely changed to an even better one after beingseated facing the water. We tried the set price lunch which is a great deal offering a starter, a meal, and a dessert for about$35. I had the Cobia with pumpkin puree and it was perfection on a dish. The short ribs were tender and well cooked, but ratherflavorless. I gave one less star only because they had run out of the dessert we wanted. (And this was at 2pm in theafternoon) Either way, this restaurant has it all, ambiance, design, and hypnotizing view. You will most definitely enjoy yourvisit. Read more
