I was very hungry so I order the poke , wakame salad and the miso soup for take out and I was not disappointed. The food was... delicious ( the spicy tuna was a little to spicy for me but still very good ). The wakame salad was delicious it was my so yummyand killed spiciness from the spicy tuna. I was really craving a lychee green bubble tea and went out of my way to visit Lei Kai. I was surprised I had to wait 15 mins... for just the tea with only one person in line in front of me and three team members behind the counter. When I ordered, theflavor tea I wanted was not in stock. Then, I picked another flavor only to realize once I got to the car and drove away, thatthe Boba pearls were hard and not fully cooked. I had such a negative experience today after being so excited to try this spotout for the first time. I paid $25.60 for a ?large? serving of salmon and a matcha boba tea. To begin, the size of the scoop used to measure out the... fish is comparable to an ice cream scooper, only smaller. Majority of the bowl was filled with sushi rice. It was almost a 4:1ratio of rice to salmon. I had to ask for extra fish because I found it crazy to pay that much for that little of a serving.There?s an up charge for avocado, which they don?t tell you until they?re ringing you out. Flavor wise, the salmon had no fatand no taste to it. The Sriracha Mayo was flavorless as well. The matcha tea was way too sweet and needed to be watered down. I was customer of this place since they opened. I love this bowls the sauces and the ingredients. The reason why I?m giving 3... stars instead of 5 is because the service is not that great epecialy when you choose to order food from outside therestaurant. Last time I choose to order from my car to do ?curbside pick up? because my baby was sleeping in the car seat and Ididn?t wanted to wake him up. I follow the instructions for curbside pick up but the lady who took my order wasn?t nice, shetold me that to bring food to my car was inconvenient for her but she can make an exception for that day, but making me felllike I was being rude asking a service that they don?t provide. So I don?t know why they offer a service that can not give. Iend up picking up my food at the store and the lady was mad, she was being super rude. I haven?t go again since. Read more
This place is really good. Very nice. A good quick place to get ramen everybody was super helpful and friendly. If you have... questions, don't be afraid to ask. It hasn?t variety on no raw protein ... I tried the tuna salad and it has cranberry all over the tuna. It wasn?t my favorite. My... husband asked for a beer and it tasted a little weird. I don?t know if it was the glass. The only thing I liked was the crab. Read more

First time going to this place but it won't be the last, the person serving,(guy), was super nice and helpful the ingredients... were fresh really enjoyed, the place is super clean and so was the bathroom., That's huge for me big plus for that thank you forthe great service and great poke!!!
