We were hungry after a 9 hour car ride and my daughter begged for McDonald's. We stopped to get her a Happy Meal and a Burger... Bundle for us. They asked what kind of sauce we said extra ketchup. They forgot ketchup on her dry hamburger and no Ketchuppackets. Cashier wouldn't even speak to me after I said how are you today? Worst of all no toy in Happy Meal for my daughter. DoBetter. Service was fast and friendly. More than most McDonald's. Unfortunately the bathrooms were disgusting and looked like they... hadn't been cleaned from the day before. One toilet was completely full and about to overflow. Read more

I think I'm done with McDonald's for a while. For the past year, I've consistently been getting horrible service and my orders... have been incorrect 90% of the time. From wrong items to half filled drink to missing dressings on burgers... and much more. Ijust drove through this McDonald's for food halfway through my 5 hour drive, only for there to be barely any fries in thecontainer and the wrong burger (despite clarifying at the window). Atleast they gave me a full cup of water. I've been handedhalf filled drinks before with the employees looking me straight in the eye with no care. I've worked in the food industrybefore, I know how difficult and tough it can be at times (especially when short-staffed), but I also know it's not an excuse toget people's orders wrong, especially when they paid for it. And it's not even area specific, I've gotten horrible service inall areas. And if the horrible service doesn't turn you away, just make sure you check your order before you drive off so youcan atleast enjoy the correct food items with the correct quantities you paid for. New spicy nuggets are BOMB! Chips ahoy mcflurry helped cool down my mouth too. Only complaint is I had to wait 15 at the counter... inside after they forgot my hot sauce. Nice looking restaurant. Read more

Ordered a Deluxe Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese. It is awesome when you get 1 of the 2 slices of cheese and are told to fix... your own order. Not going to be returning to a place that can't read. Read more
