Food was great and I received it earlier than I expected.
Food was great and the Employee was great. The reason I gave 3 starts is that I had to call a call center to place my order... because the online ordering wasn't working. I would much rather call the actual place then to reach someone. Who doesn't evenlive in this state let alone this country. Read more
On Halloween I received a coupon for a free pizza due to my order being late. I used the coupon today and my order was once... again late, this time it was 30 min past the estimated delivery time. We order Pizza Hut quite a bit, but its getting difficultto keep ordering from this restaurant. Read more
I had placed my order through the app. When I got there to pick it up at the window I could see my name on the screen in the... back ground but I think they may have forgotten to start it. They offered me a soda to drink as I waited as it was extremely hotoutside. After about 10-15 minutes later they finally brought my order out to me. When I got home I found out it was half wrong.The toppings were correct but I has ordered pan crust and it was regular crust. I never usually have an issue with thisrestaurant but after a long day at work it was kind of saddening. Read more
Placed an order for pickup, a couple hours in advance. Ended up waiting in the drive through for 10-15 minutes while the food... finished baking. I wasn't upset, I was just enjoying the beautiful spring weather. When the lady came to the window, she thankedme for waiting and informed me that they threw in extra bread sticks! I was thrilled. The Detroit Style pizza could be on Diners, Drive Inns & Dives. The sauce is amazing, the crust has cheese all the way to the... edge...Sauce down the middle...Honestly the best pizza that I've ever ate...The crew at Metropolis Pizza Hut are super nice aswell... This is my cheat meal.. I hope they put it permanently in the menu some day. Read more
The folks who work here are really nice. The food was good and the service was quick. The only trouble I had was that the dining... area closes at 9pm, the drive up window is open till 12am. I endured a little confusion after calling and ordering for carryout. The hours they have posted dont show the separate lobby and drive up hours. I had no idea they even had a drive up window.Thankfully the kind young lady on shift took pity on me and unlocked the lobby door to explain all of this to me. I felt prettysilly that I didn't catch on, but if there was any signage pointing to the drive up window I definitely just overlooked it. Read more
I usually love to get Pizza Huts personal pan pizzas, I have to say this wasn?t the best experience at this particular Pizza... Hut. Granted the manager said she was having a rough day when two employees quit that morning. On top of that their internetwent down and we had to pay cash. Waited an extra fifteen minutes for our pizzas and they were to be pan crust in the personalpans and not sure what we got, but it was more dough than toppings and not their normal signature pan crust. On top of that theyforgot to give me my wings and after getting their attention at the window they forgot my ranch, yes I needed the ranch toequalize some of the sauce that drowned my wings in. Finally after calling them on the phone at the drive thru window which theynever did answer, someone finally saw that we were still waiting at the drive thru window.
