Listen here Wendy, I went to get my pal and I some pepperment frostys. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and not... one response other than please wait a second from the man on the microphone. After I went inside and waited another ten minutesto take my order. Once my order was taken, I waited another twenty minutes just for them to tell me the machine was broken andthey had to give me a refund. My pal and I have never tried a peppermint frosty and I guess we never will because I'm nevergoing back to a Wendy's ever again. Worst experience in fast food history. Asked for no cheese, and made sure the receipt is right. They still give me cheese. Two separate layers of cheese. I have to... take it out using my hand. I guess the worker in there don't read what the host had input. Read more
Waited for 10 minutes in empty lobby with no acknowledgement. Employees would stare then turn and keep there back to me. 7... employees I seen and not a busy drive thru. Finally someone comes up asks me what I want and just walks away. Five minutes latercomes back for my card. After payment c and another 25 minutes I'm finally getting impatient and try to look back to see what'sgoing on. 4 employees talking and on phones my food on the counter. One finally says 1 minute sir. 5 minutes later I get my foodand drive another 5 minutes up the road to eat. Undercooked and cold. Unbelievable Read more

Never got to order food as we waited in the empty lobby for five or more minutes and never saw an employee in the front. They... may be short staffed as there was a long line for the drive through, so we decided to leave since we may have not gotten ourfood in a timely manner. Read more
Overcharged me by about $5. The bill should have been 24.43 plus tax. They charged me 28.80 but shorted me one large chili. I... will not be back. These kids don't realize they cost this store 7 customers in my family plus many of my friends when I tellthem my experience. Read more
Absolutely terrible service. Don't ever bother going through the drive-thru later in the evening . allegedly they are open... until 12:00 AM. Attempted to go at 10 PM and there were about 5 cars waiting ahead of me. Waited about 15 minutes withabsolutely no sign of life inside. Everyone eventually ended up just leaving- poor service, better to just go to the Wendy's atthe loop. Read more
