Its okay? dont have lot of toys but people that work there are fine
Kids had fun gaming but the ticket count seemed low, the shark cupcakes where more like corn bread than cakes and we saw Chuck... E. only once in a 2+ hour period. Also, I was unable to redeem the extra ticket for signing up on the app as it was the *only*page that wouldn't load.... okay, I'm done complaining lol! Read more

Considering I used to go to Chuck E cheese when it used to have the ball pit it's really gone down. If you're a parent that... have lots of money to spend, this is a perfect place you go. You put a lot of money on the card and let them play their heartsout. The new program they have allows you to pay a flat fee to play continuous. Whether it's going to be half an hour or more. Ipaid $15 for half an hour of continuous play. For that half an hour it was great she got to play every single game that shewanted to but, after half an hour there's nothing more to do. Unless I'm going to pay more money for more play, there's no playscape, there's no free games or anything to enjoy unless you're physically spending money. She left there upset and still veryenergetic. Nowhere to run around and burn energy at all. Very disappointing, I will not be going back. Read more
Used to work here, I was the only 15 year old hired, while I made some sweet friends, the staff being lovely, It wasn?t worth... dreading everytime i came to work because of the billitiling from costumers. This is just wise advice from a former employee forcostumers who come in, please don?t take your anger out on employees, we understand if you get frustrated with something takingsome time, but please don?t harass the workers and call them rude names, or yell at them. It doesn?t help anyone in thissituation since a lot of the workers who aren?t in the kitchen are teenagers (besides a few) So wise words for some adults whocome in, just please don?t be an a-hole if something happens and say stuff to a worker who has nothing to do with it, if youhave an issue with one staff member, just talk to a manager. I took my grandson for his birthday. Paid for 3 hours not crowded. He said it was the best birthday. He took photos with Chucky... the mouse very friendly He got extra points from a credits the manager gave him, he was very nice. He got a chucky tee shirtslime and candy. My 7 y/o granddaughters very first time at Chuck E Cheese. The atmosphere was fun and she was SO excited to be here.... Unfortunately most of the "playing" games (not the rides) were not functioning properly. Example, no balls, not operational atthis time or out of service. Very disappointing for a little girl expecting to play all the games. Not to mention the overpricedfood. $43.00 for 2 pizzas & drinks... fun but we won't be rushing back anytime soon. Read more
