It's a very good place to eat and drink a very nice coffee
Went to this location a couple of times, both visits were horrible. Staff in the evening wouldn't acknowledge my existence,... completely ignored me and the guy making my sandwich was having a meltdown. Lady was more intent on talking to coworkers thenserving. Sandwich was made on whole-wheat not white because "we didn't have any" lettuce was black on the edges and should havebeen thrown in the garbage. Second occassion I went to get a drink without ice, the employees laughed as they gave me half a cupand told me this is what I ordered which is a joke, image will be included of the same beverage just a different flavour from asecond tim hortons. I spoke to the "manager" Justin and was given a refund and he told me he spoke to the owner and they want mycontact information to fix this and they would call me immediately. Turns out he is a liar and the owners have no interest incorrecting the issues at this business. They can't keep employees because of the toxicity of the workplace and they allow theemployees to talk bad about customers and even swear at them without any course of discipline. Very disappointed all around. We got our food, then had to wait way too long for our drinks to actually be made.. meanwhile two... other people behind me received their orders. I politely reminded them I?m still waiting on 3 drinks, had to repeat what I hadordered? only to be told they were out of two of the drinks I had ordered (iced tea & iced coffee). Please note, the customersbehind me who got served before me had ordered iced coffees as well. All tables were visibly dirty, I had to clean my own offwith wipes from my car? garbage on floor by front counter, & garbages were completely full! One of the workers did apologize forthe wait, which I do appreciate.. however I won?t be returning. Overall experience was not good at all. Read more

Your typical Tim Hortons but with good service and good staff. Very helpful to us when we were trying to learn the Tim Hortons... app, and they helped us ?Roll up the Rim? on the app and we ended up being a winner! Kudos to them for taking the time. The mealwas exactly the same as it always is at Tims, which in my opinion, is a testament to why you keep going there. Consistency isimportant, and they have it. I?m always a fan of the chili, and that?s what I get most of the time, with my peppermint tea. Thewashrooms were good. the toilets had a brown stain ring around them, but I think it's just the local water. Thanks folks! Read more
I love the coffee here, and the service it?s fast and courteous. I usually get the sausage sandwich on a biscuit. I think winter... and Tim Hortons just go hand and hand. If I can't get their coffee here, then I get the K cups. It just doesn't seem like thesame day if I can't get my Timmy?s. Read more
I am usually pretty understanding when it comes to how hard fast food and minimum wage service workers work, however that does... not excuse workers being rather rude or curt to a customer that has done nothing to warrant such behavior. I visited around 7:00with an order for some iced capps and basic pastries, which was fine. Honestly no complaints with the food, it was your averageTim Hortons. The gentleman in charge of the window was the problem. Firstly, he informed me that my phone brightness was too lowto scan. This was fine, and as I turned it up and apologized he gave a rude/sarcastic comment about how he loves to have hisbightness so low that he cant see his screen and that he finds it hard to trun it up when someone needs him to. Completelyunneccessary. I took my food after paying and went to drive off when id seen he had forgotten the biscuit. He seemed quiteamused id forgotten that and he went to put it in the toaster. I took my food and drove off. Honestly I think he just needs morecustomer service training. The food was fine, just wasnt great at working with people. Read more
