Terrible - they runs ads for the breakfast, so I thought I'd give them a try. Never again. Total waste of money. Their claims... the French toast are like "momma use to make". Not my momma. The French toast was awful. On top of the fact that the service isslow. They really need to stop running those ads and get out the breakfast game. They are not good at it. Well I paid for a pretzel bacon sandwich but without the pretzel bread. 2nd I paid and ordered a large drink. I got a medium.... 3rd I made a Mobile order and still had to wait 20 mins for my food. Horrible service, long waits, and way over priced. The sadpart is this isn't the only location that does this. Wendy's is no longer a stop for me. Sorry y'all need a change Read more
We need to help support our youth and re-create the human connection. My front counter attendee wasn't in a good place to be... taking orders from the public. I went through the drive-thru because I was having a craving for french fries and ice cream and there's no better place to get... both in Wendy's... They were fast and efficient getting my order to me... However as waiting for them to return my card a workerdangled their arm out the window with a bag of food. I was a little confused and polited said that it wasn't mine...and theyresponded with a very sassy and almost rude remark. The girl working the drive thru was polite to me and handed my card back butthe other worker really ruined the experience and soared my mood. Read more
Serious attitude at the window. I was the last car before closing. The cashier who appears to be either crew leader or manager... took my order. The nuggets looked like they were burned or dropped in the fryer twice instead of fresh, the sodas tasted likesomething a dog wouldn?t drink and the cheese burger was half done and the fries were burnt. I hardly ever go to this Wendy?sbecause of this very reason. They need to do better or just close it down. They are atrocious! I dropped a nugget on the floorby mistake and my dog ran over the scoop it up but instead sniffed it growled and walked away. Read more
I have been going to this Wendy's for 10 years. Granted... every place can have an off day and serve some sub-par food at some... point. But this Wendy's takes the cake for the worst Wendy's I have ever transited. It consistently serves bad quality food andforgets part of your order almost every single time. I went there for lunch today seeking a Taco Salad and a Jr BaconCheeseburger (drive-thru which is the bulk of their business). What did I get? Not only did I not get the Cheeseburger Iordered, but the salad I was served was wilted and absolutely inedible. My lunch was ruined. I posted some pictures just to showhow brown and disgusting some of the lettuce looked. I didn't even attempt to get a refund since I know that would have takenforever and it would have meant going inside the building where the employees do not wear masks and, if they do, they wear themineffectively as chin diapers. After so many years of horrible food service and quality, I felt it my responsibility to post areview on just how bad it is. The woman taking orders either was in the middle of a windstorm somewhere or taking orders with a large fan blowing at her... microphone. Ontop of the humming of wind She was also mumbling and getting an attitude when we couldn?t understand her. She thenclearly said into the microphone on accident while talking to a coworker something along the lines of some customers beingdifficult like this.
