Customer service sucked. They need more training in how to talk to people. The young man however kept his composure. I salute... him for that. Sometimes workers just need to take a deep breathe and put their best attitude forward. Seems like they were shorthanded as well. So I understand the frustration, but not it being taken out on customers. Read more

Placed an online order for a Double Bacon Burger combo. The Frosty machine was being cleaned at 7:30p on a Saturday, so I was... given an extra order of fries instead of a Frosty. When I got home, I had a single bacon cheeseburger instead of a double. Asmall fries is not a good replacement for a Frosty. I overpaid for what I received. My experience was very disappointing. Consistently poor service. Consistently wrong orders. I was once accused of stealing sandwiches even. Would not recommend.

Horrible! Girl at window fixing her pink hair, never spoke a word. Not a hello, never said a total nor thank you. The fries were... cold and hard as if they were sitting hours and burger meat was so cold. Icing on the cake, burger was ordered only cheese andketchup, only to get home to a fully dressed burger. I have given this location the benefit of the doubt to many times I willnever spend money here again. Read more

I bought 2 $5 bigge bag and a bacanator and when I get home my order is wrong. I usually don?t go around a rate places unless I... don?t get what I payed for. The order experience is getting worse by the minute. You get young adults that could care less aboutyour experience as a customer that payed with their hard earned money. I don?t understand why won?t you hire competent workersand pay them a good wage. I promise you, you would have more revenue and keep your workers instead of constantly hiring newincompetent personnel. Neither to say, I won?t be returning to this location. Read more

My meat was a little too fresh, my burger was still mooing! I don?t go to fast food with high expectations. This location is... always out of various items. They never give receipts, probably out of fear of people doing surveys. I wouldn?t recommend. Read more
