Always full at the drive thru. But there was an attendant outside taking orders and speeding up.
They just told me the drinks were taking longer but the guy behind me managed to get his drink before me. I wanted to order... online but the item was out of stock. I called and they said they had it. Now I?m waiting over 20 mins and behind on schedulebecause of this bogusness. Read more

i understand the price increase, i understand being short handed and i even understand the store hours being shortened. What i... can't understand is you guys can't see coffee rolling down the side of a cup, making a complete mess and not giving the customerwhat they ordered. the best part about this is they were not busy, it was early morning and i was the only one in the drivethru. it is really not worth the money anymore...go figure!
